Estamos em busca de uma pessoa Analista de Trade Marketing, para atuar na unidade matriz em São José dos Pinhais/PR. O foco da vaga é Trade Marketing/Execução, com atuação em gestão de promotores e agências de merchandising, acompanhamento de execução no PDV, análise de indicadores, gestão de orçamento e interface com Vendas. Se você possui essas experiências, basta se inscrever para participar de nosso processo seletivo. Responsabilidades e atribuições- Gestão de Campo: Dar suporte, alinhar diretrizes e monitorar o trabalho de Promotores e Agências de Merchandising buscando melhoria contínua- Execução no PDV: Assegurar a correta exposição dos produtos (via plataformas, fotos, grupos de whatsapp, books de execução, e campo), e responder pela correta aplicação dos 5Ps de Execução e aplicando metodologia de Loja Perfeita – tanto para merchandising direto, quanto indireto (via nossos clientes distribuidores)- Análise de Dados: Acompanhar BI de agências (métricas como efetividade, ruptura, baixo giro, entre outros). Consolidar relatórios, fotos de gôndola e pesquisas de campo e responder pelos indicadores de execução, share de gôndola e performance das marcas. Transformar análises em planos de ação e acompanhar sua execução- Controle Orçamentário: Validar custos x serviço prestado em campo pelas agências, acompanhar o investimento real x o planejado, calcular custo de servir, elaborar relatórios para lideranças de Trade e Comercial- Interface com Vendas:  Trabalhar junto com o time comercial buscando melhoria contínua de execução regional e otimização de roteiros- Campanhas: Propor, estruturar e realizar campanhas de incentivo – desde o planejamento até o monitoramento e pagamento- Treinamentos: Ser um multiplicador de treinamento de produtos, loja perfeita e outros – desenvolvidos por Trade, adaptando para a área de Merchandising Requisitos e qualificações- Formação completa em Administração, Gestão Comercial, Economia ou áreas correlatas- Experiência em Merchandising- Excel avançado e PPT Intermediário- Experiência em BI e plataformas de agências de Merchandising, ex.: INVOLVES - SAP desejável - Imprescindível disponibilidade para viagens- Disponibilidade para atuar presencialmente em São José dos Pinhais/PR, de segunda a sexta-feira com a possibilidade de estar 1 dia em Home Office.Informações adicionais- Vale alimentação de R$600 - Vale transporte
