Afinal, ela é 100% brasileira e feita por uma gente que acredita sim nas palavras de seu fundador: “O trabalho tudo vence!”.Responsabilidades e atribuições • Realizar a contratação de veículos de acordo com a matriz de transportes e acompanhar a chegada de veículos na Ypê para garantir o atendimento dos prazos definidos.  • Auxiliar na gestão de veículos para entrega de produtos no cliente final de acordo com o acordado em contrato.  • Realizar a gestão da capacidade de recursos de transporte (capacity e commitment).  • Realizar a manutenção e atualização dos cadastros em sistema e analisar o atendimento dos transportadores às capacidades cadastradas. • Realizar a gestão da grade de carregamento, fazer abertura e fechamento da grade de acordo com a contratação da capacidade de expedição e realizar agendamento em doca das cargas consideradas como exceção à regra.  • Acompanhar reuniões com os transportadores não aderentes aos processos da empresa.  • Acompanhar o processo de monitoramento de veículos que estão em rota, tratando as anomalias. • Fazer a mediação junto aos transportadores e gerenciadores de risco para tratar os desvios operacionais diários. • Realizar análise dos desvios dos indicadores da área e propor plano de ação.  • Realizar análise de demanda do time de monitoramento e fazer o balanceamento das atividades.  • Conhecer e aplicar as práticas de consumo consciente e preservação dos recursos naturais, em conformidade com as políticas de SSMA da companhia, compreendendo os impactos e riscos ambientais, bem como se familiarizar com os procedimentos de atendimento a emergências.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior: Engenharia, Administração Empresas, Logística ou Afins (necessário);Capacidade técnica e analítica (necessário);Conhecimento avançado de Excel e Power Point (necessário);Sistemas SAP e OTM(desejável);Conhecimento em Power BI (desejável);Vale a pena mencionar: Segunda a Sexta, das 08h às 18h.Informações adicionaisSe você tem as experiências e competências acima, estamos em busca de um profissional como você!
