Responsabilidades e atribuições Planejar, desenvolver, implementar e conduzir programas de treinamento técnico, comportamental e de desenvolvimento para as equipes de Judicialização;Garantir a capacitação contínua dos colaboradores para novas implantações, atualizações regulatórias, produtos, processos e reciclagens;Atuar como parceiro estratégico da gestão, assegurando a disseminação do conhecimento e a padronização das informações;Contribuir para a excelência no atendimento, em conformidade com as diretrizes, normas e políticas do Grupo Hapvida;Documentar o progresso e os resultados dos treinamentos e ações de desenvolvimento;Realizar análise das necessidades de treinamento e capacitação das equipes.
