Estamos buscando um(a) Arquiteto(a) de Soluções especialista em Salesforce Order Management (OMS) para a divisão de Content & Commerce. Essa pessoa vai liderar o desenho técnico e funcional de Salesforce Order Managament para nossos clientes.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConduzir workshops de discovery com áreas de negócio e TI do cliente para mapear jornadas de pedido (order-to-cash), fulfillment, devoluções e atendimento. Desenhar a arquitetura de soluções com Salesforce Order Management, incluindo orquestração de pedidos, roteamento e alocação, split shipment, ship-from-store, BOPIS, cancelamentos, trocas e devoluções. Definir o modelo de inventário omnichannel com Omnichannel Inventory (OCI), incluindo disponibilidade, reservas e localizações. Projetar integrações com B2C Commerce, B2B Commerce, Service Cloud, ERPs, WMS, transportadoras, gateways de pagamento e antifraude, preferencialmente via MuleSoft ou outra camada de integração/API. Elaborar documentação de arquitetura (desenhos de solução, modelo de dados, fluxos de integração, decisões arquiteturais e requisitos não funcionais). Apoiar o time comercial na pré-venda: qualificação técnica, estimativas, definição de escopo, respostas a RFIs/RFPs e apresentação de soluções. Orientar tecnicamente desenvolvedores, consultores funcionais e tech leads ao longo da entrega, garantindo aderência às boas práticas Salesforce (Flows, Apex, limites de plataforma, segurança e performance). Conduzir revisões técnicas, apoiar a gestão de riscos e atuar na resolução de problemas complexos em projetos e sustentação. Acompanhar o roadmap Salesforce (incluindo Agentforce e evoluções do Commerce e OMS) e propor inovações aos clientes. Contribuir para aceleradores, padrões de arquitetura e capacitação interna da prática de OMS.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência sólida em arquitetura ou consultoria Salesforce, com pelo menos dois projetos de Salesforce Order Management implementados ponta a ponta. Conhecimento aprofundado do modelo de dados e dos processos do OMS (Order Summary, Fulfillment Order, Change Orders, Return Orders, Invoices, Payment Summaries). Experiência com OCI e com cenários de distributed order management. Domínio de integrações (REST/SOAP, eventos, Platform Events, Change Data Capture) e de padrões de arquitetura de integração. Conhecimento prático de Flow, Apex e das limitações de plataforma (governor limits, volume de dados, assincronismo). Vivência em processos de varejo e e-commerce: pedido, pagamento, estoque, logística e pós-venda. Experiência com clientes de médio e grande porte e capacidade de se comunicar com executivos e times técnicos. Português fluente e inglês para leitura técnica e conversação.
