Responsabilidades e atribuições⚡ O que você vai fazer na prática? (Responsabilidades e atribuições)Aqui sua rotina é dinâmica, organizada e essencial para a esteira operacional:📝 Gestão e Processamento de Ativações: Acompanhar e cadastrar solicitações de ativação de serviços e planos de internet/telecomunicações nos sistemas internos.📄 Conferência Documental: Validar dados cadastrais, contratos e documentos enviados pelos clientes e pelas equipes comerciais antes da liberação do serviço.📞 Suporte e Interface Operacional: Prestar suporte administrativo às equipes de campo (técnicos de instalação), atendimento e vendas para resolução de pendências de cadastro e ativação.📊 Controle de Prazos e Filas (SLA): Monitorar as filas de chamados/ordens de serviço de ativação, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos estipulados para a conclusão dos processos.📑 Relatórios & Atualizações: Manter planilhas de acompanhamento e sistemas de CRM devidamente atualizados com o status de cada ordem de ativação.

Requisitos e qualificações📋 O que buscamos em você (Requisitos e qualificações)🎓 Escolaridade: Ensino Médio Completo (Desejável Ensino Superior em andamento em Administração, Gestão Comercial, Processos Gerenciais, TI ou áreas afins).💻 Conhecimentos em Informática: Domínio de informática básica e ferramentas do Google Workspace (Planilhas, Documentos, Gmail e Drive) ou Pacote Office.🗣️ Comunicação & Organização: Excelente comunicação escrita e verbal, atenção aos detalhes, organização e facilidade para lidar com rotinas administrativas.⚙️ Experiência: Experiência prévia com rotinas administrativas, suporte ao cliente ou backoffice comercial (diferencial se for em Telecom ou ISPs).💡 Perfil comportamental e diferenciais que destacam seu perfil:Foco na solução de problemas, empatia, proatividade e capacidade de priorização de demandas;Conhecimento prévio em sistemas de gestão (ERP/CRM) no setor de telecomunicações.
