Responsabilidades e atribuições- Controlar os estoques de insumos de acordo com a programação de produção, realizando as requisições de compras, acompanhamento dos pedidos, análise dos estoques, alterações de datas das entregas, a fim de garantir a execução da programação de produção;- Realizar as análises de capacidade de produção baseadas nos dados de programação, consumo, validade e prazo de reposição, através do controle e definição de estoque de matéria-prima e insumos;- Auxiliar na programação da produção, acompanhando a produção realizada, os estoques (intermediários e acabados) e a expedição;- Interagir com a área comercial sobre programações e reprogramações de entregas, analisando a disponibilidade de produto na fábrica, a fim de garantir que não ocorra atrasos de produção e entrega;- Dar suporte as unidades informando os apontamentos de produção, consumo de insumos e manual das ordens de produção;- Auxiliar nos fechamentos de mês da produção em relação a rendimentos, consumo de matéria-prima e outros dados de reporte mensal, de maneira apoiar as análises de informações da área.-Realizar as atividades da área, dando suporte à empresa, participando de acordo com sua responsabilidade na produção de alimentos de forma ética, legal e lícita, com compromisso na melhoria contínua da cultura de segurança, qualidade dos alimentos e respeito ao meio ambiente.Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatório: Superior em andamento em Administração, Engenharia de Produção, Logística ou afins;Informática intermediária;Disponibilidade para escala de trabalho: Segunda a Sexta
