Somos referência mundial na avicultura e produção de alimentos, reconhecida pela excelência em qualidade e foco em inovação.Que tal atuar como Assistente Administrativo - Fiscal na Vibra de Sete Lagoas-MG?Buscamos um profissional, apaixonado por novos desafios, que agregue valor ao nosso time, compartilhando seus conhecimentos!Venha fazer parte do nosso time!#VIBRA #SOMOSNATResponsabilidades e atribuições- Realizar lançamentos contábeis em sistema informatizado;- Efetuar a conciliação das contas patrimoniais, a fim de mantê-las com os saldos corretos;- Auxiliar os demais departamentos da empresa, quando surgir a necessidade de utilizarem contas contábeis;- Criar planilhas em Excel para auxiliar no controle das conciliações e demais controles que sejam necessários;- Acompanhar os registros de lançamentos contábeis automáticos realizados pelo sistema informatizado;- Manter organizada a documentação gerada pelo setor de contabilidade;- Realizar o acompanhamento das contas de receita e despesa durante o mês corrente para evitar que fiquem registrados lançamentos incorretos.-Realizar as atividades da área, dando suporte à empresa, participando de acordo com sua responsabilidade na produção de alimentos de forma ética, legal e lícita, com compromisso na melhoria contínua da cultura de segurança, qualidade dos alimentos e respeito ao meio ambiente.Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatório:  Ensino Médio completo;Informática intermediária;Disponibilidade para escala de trabalho: Segunda a Sábado 05:00 às 13:20;Conhecimento em rotinas fiscais, atuando na emissão, registro e conferência de documentos fiscais, como NF-e e CT-e. Desejável:Superior em andamento em Ciências Contábeis,Administração, Engenharia de Produção, Logística ou afins;Sistema SAP.
