Temos como princípio oferecer um atendimento humanizado e de qualidade, pois trabalhamos com um bem extremamente precioso: a Saúde.Venha trabalhar conosco e fazer parte de uma equipe que tem o compromisso de salvar vidas e construir o Brasil.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar lançamentos e gestão dos exames ocupacionais no sistema SOC, incluindo exames admissionais, periódicos, demissionais, retorno ao trabalho e mudança de função.Cadastrar e atualizar informações de riscos ocupacionais no sistema SOC, garantindo a conformidade com os programas de Saúde e Segurança do Trabalho.Emitir e controlar documentos relacionados à Saúde Ocupacional, tais como ASO, relatórios, convocação de exames, fichas e demais documentos legais.Acompanhar vencimento de exames ocupacionais, realizando controles e notificações aos clientes e colaboradores.Manter atualizados os cadastros de colaboradores, empresas e demais informações no sistema.Realizar conferência de dados e documentos, assegurando a qualidade e a integridade das informações registradas.Dar suporte às demandas administrativas da área de Medicina e Segurança do Trabalho.Elaborar controles em Excel e relatórios gerenciais para acompanhamento de indicadores da área.Atender clientes internos e externos, prestando orientações sobre processos de saúde ocupacional.Organizar documentos físicos e digitais, garantindo rastreabilidade e fácil acesso às informações.Apoiar o cumprimento das exigências legais relacionadas à Medicina Ocupacional e Segurança do Trabalho.Priorizar demandas de acordo com prazos e criticidade, assegurando eficiência nos processos operacionais.
