Sobre a vaga

Estamos em busca de um(a) Assistente Contábil para atuar em escritório de contabilidade localizado em Hortolândia/SP, no Lot. Remanso Campineiro.

Essa é uma oportunidade para profissionais que desejam desenvolver sua carreira na área contábil, com atuação em rotinas técnicas, apoio à elaboração de obrigações acessórias e contato com diferentes demandas de clientes, especialmente empresas do Simples Nacional.

Principais responsabilidades

Realizar a classificação e digitação do movimento contábil; Efetuar a conciliação de contas; Emitir relatórios contábeis para envio aos clientes; Elaborar obrigações acessórias, conforme aplicável, como ECD, ECF, EFD-Reinf e DCTFWeb; Analisar a tributação realizada pelo setor fiscal e pelo Departamento Pessoal; Apoiar a contabilização de empresas do âmbito do Simples Nacional; Acompanhar informações e garantir organização e consistência dos registros contábeis.

Jornada e regime

Regime: CLT Horário: - Segunda a quinta-feira: das 8h às 18h - Sexta-feira: das 8h às 17h - 1 hora de almoço Local de trabalho: Hortolândia/SP, Lot. Remanso CampineiroRequisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos técnicos

Experiência prévia em escritório de contabilidade; Conhecimentos em Declarações Acessórias; Conhecimento e/ou vivência com análise de balanço; Estar cursando graduação em Ciências Contábeis; Conhecimento em rotinas contábeis e obrigações acessórias, como: - ECD - ECF - EFD-Reinf - DCTFWeb Vivência com conciliação contábil e classificação de lançamentos; Familiaridade com a contabilização de empresas do Simples Nacional.
