Estamos em busca de um(a) Assistente de Administração de Vendas, para atuar em uma operação dinâmica na região de Barueri/SP, em modelo híbrido.A posição tem como principal missão garantir o suporte às operações comerciais, acompanhando pedidos, prazos, atendimentos e demandas internas, assegurando uma experiência de excelência para clientes e equipes parceiras, além de contribuir para a eficiência dos processos da área. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar equipes comerciais internas e externas por meio de canais corporativos de comunicação;Realizar cadastro, acompanhamento e atualização de pedidos;Monitorar prazos, datas de corte e demandas relacionadas aos clientes;Garantir o acompanhamento das solicitações até sua conclusão;Realizar follow-up das atividades e assegurar o cumprimento dos prazos estabelecidos;Interagir com diferentes áreas da companhia para garantir a fluidez dos processos;Apoiar a organização das rotinas administrativas e comerciais da área.

Requisitos e qualificações

Ensino superior cursando ou concluído em Administração, Gestão Comercial ou áreas correlatas; Conhecimento do Pacote Office; Experiência anterior em suporte comercial, atendimento ao cliente, customer service, vendas internas ou rotinas administrativas será considerada um diferencial.
