Identificar situações divergentes com relação às normas estabelecidas pela empresa, comunicando ao cliente, representante e superior.

Registrar os pedidos recebidos por e-mail ou telefone, quando houver necessidade, assim como cadastramento de clientes.

Acompanhar a administração dos pedidos em aberto, mantendo interface com as demais áreas da empresa e o representante e/ou cliente informado de possíveis atrasos de entrega.

Avaliar as reclamações de clientes no que diz respeito a questões operacionais.

Acompanhar o andamento das unidades de negócio e prestar suporte a gerência e assistência técnica.

Requisitos e qualificações 🎓 FormaçãoEnsino Superior em andamento ou concluído em Administração ou Gestão Comercial 🧠 Conhecimentos técnicos

Pacote Office intermediário, com ênfase em Excel e Outlook. Conhecimento em rotinas de atendimento ao cliente e suporte comercial. Experiência com lançamento e acompanhamento de pedidos. Noções de sistemas ERP e CRM. Conhecimento de processos de faturamento, logística e acompanhamento de entregas. Técnicas de atendimento e comunicação com clientes e representantes.

💡 Experiência esperada (Diferenciais)Experiência prévia em atendimento ao cliente, televendas ou área comercial. Vivência com relacionamento e suporte a representantes comerciais. Atuação em empresas dos segmentos industrial, varejista ou de distribuição. Experiência com gestão e acompanhamento de carteira de pedidos. Vivência no tratamento e acompanhamento de reclamações de clientes.
