Estamos em busca de uma pessoa para integrar a Célula de Autorizações, atuando no atendimento a beneficiários e prestadores e no acompanhamento das demandas relacionadas às autorizações.Buscamos alguém com perfil proativo, organizado, comunicativo e resolutivo, que tenha interesse em aprender, facilidade com sistemas e compromisso com a qualidade do atendimento e com os resultados da operação.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtendimento ágil, cordial e eficiente a clientes via WhatsApp, telefone, chat e e-mail, garantindo um bom tempo médio de atendimento (TMA) e alto índice de satisfação (CSAT).Habilidade para lidar com situações delicadas de forma profissional, empática e resolutiva, sempre promovendo um atendimento humanizado.Registro e acompanhamento de solicitações de prestadores nos sistemas internos (Solus, Salesforce), com análise de guias em auditoria e emissão de guias.Responsável por garantir a correta abertura, atualização e encerramento de chamados, mantendo a rastreabilidade das informações e seguindo os fluxos operacionais estabelecidos.Proatividade na identificação de melhorias nos processos de atendimento, atuando como elo entre as áreas operacionais e os clientes.Comprometimento com os princípios da empresa, contribuindo para a melhoria contínua dos fluxos de atendimento.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo;Conhecimento básico em informática e facilidade com ferramentas digitais;Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;Excelente domínio de ortografia e gramática;Organização, atenção aos detalhes e agilidade;Facilidade para aprender e utilizar diferentes sistemas e ferramentas;Perfil proativo, colaborativo e comprometido com a qualidade do atendimento;Disponibilidade e interesse em atuar na Célula de Autorizações.Será um diferencialConhecimento dos processos, fluxos e sistemas da empresa;Experiência com atendimento a beneficiários ou prestadores;Conhecimento sobre autorizações, análise de guias e procedimentos na área da saúde;Familiaridade com os sistemas Solus e Salesforce;Experiência com atendimento multicanal;Conhecimento ou experiência com indicadores de atendimento, como TMA, CSAT e FCR.
