Zelar pelo cumprimento do Código de Ética da Bemol e demais políticas da Governança Corporativa, disseminar a cultura de integridade e boas práticas, apoiar ao Conselho de Administração e estruturas de governança, desenvolver controles internos, ações de comunicação e aplicar treinamentos, entre outros. A Bemol é uma empresa de prestação de serviços e comercialização de produtos no varejo, que tem como principal objetivo a busca da satisfação de nossos Clientes, antes, durante e após o processo de vendas, observando o processo de melhoria contínua, legislação externa aplicável, princípios e valores culturais da organização, sendo esses princípios Integridade, Respeito, Economia, Energia e Melhoria Contínua. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar as demandas operacionais da Governança Corporativa. Elaborar e acompanhar atos societários da Companhia. Elaborar e manter atualizadas as políticas internas, procedimentos e regulamentos de Compliance e Governança Corporativa. Desenvolver e manter atualizados os controles internos da Governança Corporativa, considerando termos de posse, declarações legais, calendários, livros, dentre outros.  Realizar a integração operacional com as áreas Contábeis, Relações Institucionais e JUCEA/CVM.  Monitorar as iniciativas e demandas do Conselho de Administração e Comitês de Assessoramento.  Supervisionar e acompanhar as agendas e calendário de eventos da Governança Corporativa.  Interagir com diversas áreas da Bemol e partes relacionadas.  Acompanhamento contínuo das boas práticas de mercado de Compliance e Governança, novas leis e regulamentações pertinentes a Bemol e proposições de melhorias e inovação para o avanço das áreas técnicas.  Apoiar na elaboração e execução do plano anual do Programa de Compliance e Integridade.  Requisitos e qualificaçõesHABILIDADES TÉCNICASPacote Office Avançado Conhecimento em Compliance Conhecimento em Governança Conhecimento em Direito Societário Inteligência Artificial e Automação (diferencial)FORMAÇÃO EDUCACIONALFormação Superior em andamento Contabilidade, Administração, Direito ou correlatasInglês Intermediário (diferencial)Informações adicionais Nós da Bemol, respeitamos as individualidades e trabalhamos para promover uma cultura inclusiva, que busca a equidade e valorização das diferenças (ex: Gênero, Religião, PCD, LGBTQ+, Raça e Etnia).
