Descrição da função:Garantir a integridade, segurança e qualidade das informações de movimentação de estoque, assegurando que os registros fiscais, contábeis e financeiros no ERP correspondam com precisão às operações físicas da Base.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesProcessamento de Recebimento e Descarga: Realizar o lançamento de bombeios no ERP conforme relatórios das refinarias, conferir volumes por distribuidora e preencher as planilhas de controle de descargas;Gestão de Cadastros e Acessos: Cadastrar veículos, motoristas e transportadoras no sistema operacional (Autoload), além de gerenciar checklists e treinamentos de segurança para motoristas;Preparação de Carregamentos: Organizar o kit de carregamento JET (consultas de NF-e e separação de lacres), programar carregamentos e imprimir os respectivos tickets para as companhias;Fluxo de Comunicação Operacional: Controlar a fila de caminhões e reportar o status para os setores de logística, suprimento e comercial, visando auxiliar na gestão eficiente do estoque;Atendimento e Suporte Administrativo: Atender clientes internos e externos com cortesia, gerenciar o controle de insumos da filial e manter a organização do local de trabalho.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos obrigatórios:Ensino Médio completo;Conhecimento em Excel.Requisitos Desejáveis:Ensino superior completo ou em andamento em Administração, Ciências Contábeis ou Logística;Conhecimento no TOTVS.
