Responsável por prestar suporte aos clientes, garantindo um atendimento ágil, cordial e eficiente durante todas as etapas do processo comercial e logístico. Atuar como ponto de contato entre clientes e áreas internas, realizando o acompanhamento de pedidos, atualização de informações cadastrais, tratativas de ocorrências, esclarecimento de dúvidas e suporte às demandas relacionadas a entregas, faturamento e pós-venda.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar o atendimento a clientes por telefone, e-mail, sistemas e demais canais de comunicação da empresa.Receber, registrar, acompanhar e responder solicitações, dúvidas, reclamações e ocorrências de clientes.Realizar o acompanhamento da carteira de pedidos, garantindo a atualização das informações e o cumprimento dos prazos acordados.Monitorar o status de produção, faturamento e entrega dos pedidos junto às áreas internas.Atuar como interface entre clientes e departamentos como Vendas, Logística, PCP, Expedição, Financeiro e Qualidade.Atualizar cadastros de clientes e manter as informações registradas nos sistemas corporativos.Apoiar na emissão e envio de documentos relacionados aos pedidos, como confirmações, notas fiscais e comprovantes de entrega.Acompanhar ocorrências de transporte, devoluções, atrasos e divergências, garantindo a correta tratativa junto às áreas responsáveis.Elaborar e atualizar relatórios de atendimento, pedidos e indicadores da área.Garantir o cumprimento dos níveis de serviço (SLA) estabelecidos pela empresa.Identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos processos de atendimento e relacionamento com clientes.Prestar suporte à equipe comercial no acompanhamento de pedidos e demandas dos clientes.Contribuir para a manutenção da satisfação e fidelização dos clientes por meio de um atendimento ágil e eficiente.Auxiliar na resolução de problemas operacionais que possam impactar o atendimento e a experiência do cliente.Assegurar a qualidade das informações compartilhadas com clientes e áreas internas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Médio completo. Desejável ensino superior cursando ou completo em Administração, Logística, Comércio Exterior, Gestão Comercial ou áreas correlatas. Experiência anterior em atendimento ao cliente, Customer Service, SAC ou suporte comercial. Conhecimento do Pacote Office, com ênfase em Excel. Vivência com sistemas ERP e/ou plataformas de gestão de pedidos. Experiência em acompanhamento de pedidos, faturamento e processos logísticos. Boa comunicação verbal e escrita. Capacidade de organização e gestão de múltiplas demandas simultaneamente. Habilidade para resolução de problemas e atendimento de ocorrências. Facilidade de relacionamento interpessoal e trabalho em equipe. Perfil proativo, dinâmico e orientado ao cliente. Atenção aos detalhes e comprometimento com a qualidade das informações. Capacidade de atuar em ambiente com prazos e alto volume de demandas.

Ensino superior completo. Experiência em atendimento a clientes corporativos (B2B). Conhecimento em indicadores de atendimento e nível de serviço (SLA). Vivência em empresas industriais, de logística ou distribuição. Conhecimento em Power BI e elaboração de relatórios gerenciais.
