Desde 1997, já são mais de 67 mil unidades entregues — e seguimos crescendo, com novos lançamentos e desafios pela frente.Como Assistente de Facilities, você vai apoiar as rotinas administrativas de Facilities, mediante o controle de solicitações de manutenção, compras, documentos, insumos, contratos, cronogramas e indicadores, a fim de contribuir para a continuidade e a organização dos serviços. Você vai se reportar à Coordenação de Facilities.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesO que você vai fazer Apoiar o atendimento das demandas de manutenção preventiva e corretiva dos pontos de venda.Realizar requisições de compra (RC) no SAP para aquisição de materiais e serviços.Receber e encaminhar notas fiscais para processamento conforme fluxo interno.Controlar o estoque e a distribuição de insumos da equipe de manutenção.Elaborar relatórios e atualizar indicadores operacionais da área de Facilities.Gerenciar a compra e distribuição de insumos de copa e limpeza não contemplados em contrato.Acompanhar contratos e documentação dos pontos de venda, apoiando auditorias e controles internos.Monitorar cronogramas de serviços junto aos prestadores contratados.Organizar e manter atualizado o arquivo digital de documentos da área.Apoiar inspeções de ambientes corporativos e controlar o recebimento de relatórios técnicos de fornecedores.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que é essencial

•     Ensino médio completo;

•     Experiência em  rotinas administrativas, controle de documentos, acompanhamento de serviços ou apoio a Facilities.

•     Conhecimento em Excel;
