Atuar no suporte à coordenação da frente de loja, acompanhando a operação e orientando a equipe de operadores de caixa e embaladores, com foco na organização, agilidade e qualidade do atendimento aos clientes. Apoiar na resolução de ocorrências e no cumprimento dos procedimentos internos, contribuindo para o bom funcionamento da operação e para uma experiência positiva dos clientes.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesOrientar operadores de caixa e embaladores, acompanhando a execução das atividades da frente de loja.Controlar materiais, numerários, fundos de troco e sangrias, conforme procedimentos internos.Realizar trocas e devoluções de mercadorias, cancelamentos, descontos e emissão de documentos fiscais, conforme normas e alçadas.Acompanhar escalas, intervalos, organização e limpeza da frente de loja, garantindo o bom funcionamento da operação.Apoiar os operadores em ocorrências relacionadas a pagamentos, cartões, cheques e divergências de preços.Atender clientes e telefone, prestando informações e encaminhando solicitações.Acionar a tesouraria para fechamento de caixas e demais procedimentos financeiros.Acompanhar o abastecimento e recolhimento das caixas de sugestões (“Fale Conosco”).Analisar as escalas e antecipar necessidades para assegurar agilidade e qualidade no atendimento ao cliente.Requisitos e qualificaçõesConhecimento dos produtos e serviços da loja;Técnicas de atendimento ao cliente;Procedimentos de venda segura;Conhecimento dos processos e rotinas da frente de loja.Organização e atenção;Agilidade e dinamismo;Flexibilidade e capacidade de adaptação;Cordialidade, paciência e tolerância;Boa comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal;Conduta profissional e discrição.
