Estamos em busca de uma pessoa organizada, analítica, ágil e atenta aos detalhes para atuar diretamente na operação do e-commerce, apoiando os controles e processos que envolvem pedidos, estoque, recebimento e expedição.

Você fará parte de uma marca de moda fitness feminina, voltada para mulheres reais, contribuindo para que toda a operação aconteça de forma organizada, eficiente e precisa, desde a entrada do pedido até a sua expedição.

Buscamos alguém que tenha facilidade com números, controles e análise de informações, que goste de acompanhar processos, identificar divergências e resolver problemas. É importante ter organização, disciplina e agilidade, sem perder a atenção aos detalhes e à qualidade das informações.

Também esperamos bom conhecimento de Excel, facilidade para trabalhar com sistemas, ERPs e ferramentas digitais, além de iniciativa para identificar oportunidades de melhoria e trabalhar de forma integrada com as diferentes áreas envolvidas na operação do e-commerce.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAcompanhar e controlar as rotinas de expedição dos pedidos do e-commerce, garantindo cumprimento de prazos e identificação de possíveis falhas.Apoiar e controlar o recebimento de mercadorias, conferência de produtos, quantidades e divergências.Realizar controles relacionados a estoque, movimentações, inventários e ajustes.Acompanhar pedidos desde a entrada no sistema até a expedição.Identificar e registrar divergências operacionais, acompanhando sua resolução.Criar, alimentar e analisar planilhas e controles da operação.Acompanhar indicadores de desempenho da operação, como prazo de expedição, erros, divergências, produtividade e acuracidade de estoque.Apoiar a organização e melhoria dos processos internos do e-commerce.Utilizar ERP e demais ferramentas digitais para acompanhamento da operação.Elaborar relatórios e análises que auxiliem na tomada de decisão e na melhoria da eficiência operacional.Trabalhar de forma integrada com as áreas de logística, estoque, atendimento, suprimentos e e-commerce.

Requisitos e qualificações Perfil analítico, organizado e atento aos detalhes;Facilidade para trabalhar com números, indicadores, controles e análise de informações;Conhecimento de Excel, incluindo fórmulas, filtros e organização de bases de dados;Facilidade com sistemas, ERPs e ferramentas digitais;Capacidade de acompanhar diferentes etapas e processos da operação;Proatividade para identificar divergências, solucionar problemas e propor melhorias;Agilidade, organização e disciplina no cumprimento de rotinas e prazos;Boa comunicação e facilidade para trabalhar de forma integrada com diferentes áreas.

Diferenciais:

Experiência anterior em operações de e-commerce, logística, expedição, recebimento, estoque ou controles operacionais;Conhecimento intermediário ou avançado de Excel, incluindo tabelas dinâmicas, PROCV/PROCX e análise de dados;Experiência com ERP, Bling, Nuvemshop, plataformas de e-commerce ou sistemas de gestão de estoque;Familiaridade com automações, dashboards e ferramentas de análise de dados.
