Buscamos um(a) Assistente de Projetos Pleno para atuar no suporte ao gerenciamento e acompanhamento de projetos de implantação de sistemas, contribuindo para o controle das atividades, cronogramas, entregáveis e planos de ação.O profissional apoiará os gerentes de projetos na organização das informações, no acompanhamento das atividades e na manutenção dos controles e da documentação, contribuindo para o cumprimento dos prazos e objetivos estabelecidos.É desejável experiência em grandes projetos MES/MON ou sistemas de controle de linha de produção, além de sólidos conhecimentos em gerenciamento de projetos e suas melhores práticas.Venha fazer parte da OnSet!

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar os gerentes de projetos no acompanhamento das atividades e etapas dos projetos de implantação de sistemas.Atualizar e monitorar cronogramas, entregáveis, pendências e planos de ação.Acompanhar prazos e identificar desvios, atrasos ou pontos de atenção, reportando-os aos responsáveis pelo projeto.Manter atualizados os registros, relatórios e documentos relacionados ao andamento dos projetos.Apoiar a organização de reuniões, elaboração de atas, registro de decisões e acompanhamento dos respectivos encaminhamentos.Realizar follow-up com as equipes envolvidas para acompanhar o andamento das atividades e o cumprimento dos compromissos assumidos.Consolidar informações e preparar relatórios de acompanhamento para apoiar a tomada de decisão dos gerentes de projetos.Aplicar boas práticas de gerenciamento de projetos, contribuindo para a organização, o controle e a comunicação entre as partes envolvidas.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência em projetos de implantação de sistemas e conhecimento das melhores práticas de gerenciamento de projetos.Habilidade no controle e acompanhamento de cronogramas, entregáveis e planos de ação.Inglês avançado ou fluente.Boa comunicação oral e escrita.Organização, atenção aos detalhes, proatividade e gestão do tempo.Capacidade de acompanhamento de atividades, organização de informações e interação com equipes multidisciplinares.

Diferenciais:Experiência com grandes projetos MES/MON ou sistemas de controle de linha de produção.Conhecimento de ferramentas de gerenciamento de projetos, como MS Project, e do Pacote Office.
