A DayCred, empresa do Grupo Daycoval, é referência em soluções de Crédito Consignado e está em busca de profissionais que gostem de desafios, negociação e atendimento ao cliente.Como Assistente de Recuperação de Crédito, você será responsável por negociar contratos em atraso, identificar as melhores soluções para regularização dos débitos e contribuir para a recuperação de crédito, sempre oferecendo um atendimento consultivo e focado na melhor experiência do cliente.Se você possui experiência com vendas, negociação ou atendimento em call center, gosta de atuar em um ambiente dinâmico, trabalhar com metas e busca oportunidades de crescimento e remuneração variável atrativa, venha fazer parte do nosso time!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar atendimento ativo e receptivo para negociação de contratos em atraso de Crédito Consignado;Conduzir negociações utilizando técnicas de vendas, argumentação e persuasão para recuperação de crédito;Identificar oportunidades de refinanciamento, readequação de parcelas, portabilidade e demais soluções financeiras aderentes ao perfil do cliente;Desenvolver um atendimento consultivo, buscando a melhor alternativa para regularização dos contratos;Registrar todas as interações, negociações e acordos realizados nos sistemas internos da empresa;Acompanhar e monitorar os acordos firmados, garantindo qualidade e efetividade nas negociações;Atuar com foco no cumprimento das metas individuais e coletivas de recuperação de crédito, produtividade e qualidade.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Médio completo ou Superior em andamento;Experiência anterior em Call Center, Telemarketing, Cobrança, Recuperação de Crédito ou Vendas;Vivência com negociação comercial, retenção de clientes ou venda consultiva;Conhecimento em operações de Crédito Consignado (INSS, SIAPE, Governos, Forças Armadas ou convênios similares) será considerado um diferencial;Boa comunicação verbal, excelente capacidade de negociação e habilidade para contornar objeções;Perfil proativo, resiliente, organizado e orientado para resultados;Facilidade para trabalhar com metas e indicadores de desempenho;Conhecimentos básicos de informática e facilidade para utilização de sistemas de CRM e plataformas de atendimento;Disponibilidade para atuação 100% presencial.Informações adicionaisBenefícios que Valorizam Você:Assistência Médica e Odontológica: Cobertura após o 3º mês para cuidados médicos e odontológicos de qualidade;Vale-Refeição/Alimentação;Seguro de Vida;Apoio à Educação: Suporte para desenvolvimento acadêmico e profissional, investindo no seu desenvolvimento;Parceria com Sesc: Para seu lazer e de seus familiares;Vale Transporte;TotalPass: Parcerias com academias.Vivemos um momento de crescimento, inovação e grandes desafios.
