Buscamos um(a) Assistente de SDR para atuar ativamente na prospecção, qualificação e relacionamento com famílias interessadas em conhecer a Rede Decisão.O(a) profissional será responsável por gerenciar o funil de captação desde o primeiro contato até o agendamento da visita, realizando um atendimento consultivo, identificando as necessidades das famílias, contornando objeções e proporcionando uma experiência de excelência durante toda a jornada. Também será responsável por registrar as interações no CRM, acompanhar indicadores, utilizar ferramentas tecnológicas para potencializar resultados e contribuir para o atingimento das metas de captação e matrículas. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar atendimento ativo e receptivo às famílias, oferecendo uma experiência consultiva, acolhedora e focada na conversão.Gerenciar o funil de captação desde o primeiro contato até o agendamento da visita, conduzindo os leads de forma estratégica.Efetuar ligações e contatos ativos para prospecção, qualificação de oportunidades e captação de novos alunos.Identificar as necessidades das famílias, contornar objeções e conduzir o atendimento até o agendamento e confirmação da visita.Apresentar os diferenciais da Rede Decisão, seus segmentos de ensino e soluções educacionais de forma personalizada.Atuar na confirmação das visitas agendadas e na recuperação de famílias faltantes, buscando aumentar o índice de comparecimento.Cumprir as metas de produtividade e conversão da área, incluindo indicadores de ligações, agendamentos, comparecimento às visitas e matrículas.Registrar todos os atendimentos, interações e oportunidades nos sistemas da empresa, garantindo informações completas, organizadas e atualizadas.Utilizar as plataformas CRM, RD Conversas e 3CX para gestão dos atendimentos, acompanhamento dos leads e controle das atividades comerciais.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência mínima de 2 anos na área comercial, preferencialmente com atuação em atendimento, vendas internas, SDR ou Inside Sales.Experiência na utilização de ferramentas de CRM (requisito obrigatório).Facilidade com ferramentas tecnológicas e domínio do Google Workspace (Google Agenda, Planilhas, Documentos e afins).Boa comunicação oral e escrita, organização e foco em resultados.Será um diferencial se você tiver:Ensino superior em andamento ou concluído nas áreas de Administração, Gestão Comercial, Marketing ou correlatas.Cursos de formação na área comercial, vendas, negociação, atendimento ao cliente ou técnicas de prospecção.Experiência com plataformas de atendimento e comunicação, como CRM, RD Conversas e 3CX.
