Atuar de forma proativa no relacionamento com os fornecedores usuários do Portal de Compras Públicas, identificando oportunidades que contribuam para sua participação em processos licitatórios e para uma melhor utilização dos serviços da plataforma. A posição apoiará a conexão entre fornecedores e oportunidades de contratação pública, contribuindo para o engajamento, a retenção e o sucesso dos clientes ao longo de sua jornada no Portal.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAcompanhar oportunidades licitatórias com potencial risco de deserto, identificando fornecedores aderentes às demandas publicadas na plataforma;

Realizar contatos ativos com fornecedores por telefone, WhatsApp, e-mail e outros canais, apresentando oportunidades e incentivando a participação em processos licitatórios;

Atuar no engajamento da base de clientes, incentivando a utilização da plataforma, a renovação de planos e a continuidade dos serviços;

Fortalecer o relacionamento com os fornecedores, compreendendo suas necessidades, esclarecendo dúvidas e apoiando sua jornada no Portal;

Registrar e atualizar interações, informações e históricos de relacionamento nos sistemas de CRM e demais ferramentas da área;

Apoiar campanhas, ações de ativação e iniciativas de relacionamento, contribuindo para retenção, recuperação e sucesso dos clientes;

Identificar oportunidades de melhoria na jornada do cliente e nos processos da área, atuando em conjunto com os times internos quando necessário.Requisitos e qualificações Ensino médio completo;Experiência com atendimento ao cliente, relacionamento, vendas internas ou atividades similares;Familiaridade com ferramentas digitais, como e-mail, planilhas e sistemas de atendimento;

Boa comunicação verbal e escrita.

Diferenciais:

Ensino superior cursando ou completo em Administração, Gestão Comercial, Marketing, Gestão Pública, Comunicação ou áreas correlatas;

Experiência com CRM;

Conhecimento em Customer Success ou processos licitatórios.
