Pessoas que valorizem o respeito aos indivíduos e ao ambiente, a colaboração e a inovação no dia a dia.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar a atualização de dados bancários de fornecedores no SAP, garantindo a consistência das informações e o cumprimento dos requisitos internos;Apoiar no cadastro e na análise de novos fornecedores, conforme normas de compliance e políticas da área de Suprimentos;Realizar a qualificação de fornecedores, incluindo verificação documental, análise de riscos, conformidade fiscal e financeira e aderência aos procedimentos internos;Efetuar o cadastro, expansão e atualização de materiais e fornecedores no SAP, garantindo a disponibilidade das informações para utilização nas obras;Emitir e acompanhar relatórios do Serasa para consulta de crédito, análise financeira e mitigação de riscos;Realizar consultas de saldo contratual no SAP;Apoiar na análise de contratos e emissão de protocolos para aprovação, garantindo o cumprimento das políticas e prazos estabelecidos;Elaborar relatórios e realizar mapeamento de mercado, identificando potenciais fornecedores, oportunidades de redução de custos e alternativas de fornecimento;Apoiar as demais demandas administrativas e operacionais da área de Suprimentos. Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo ou cursando Ensino Superior em Administração, Engenharia Civil ou áreas correlatas;Experiência ou conhecimento em processos de cadastro e qualificação de fornecedores;Conhecimento no sistema SAP, preferencialmente no módulo MM;Conhecimento em atualização cadastral, dados bancários, cadastro de materiais e fornecedores;Conhecimento em Excel;Vivência com análise básica de risco e consulta de informações financeiras, como relatórios Serasa;Habilidade para elaboração de relatórios e realização de mapeamento de mercado;Organização, atenção aos detalhes e responsabilidade no tratamento de informações sensíveis.Informações adicionaisLocal de trabalho:Pinheiros, São Paulo/SPAtuação:100% PresencialBenefícios:💳 Vale refeição;🚍 Vale transporte;🔐 Seguro de vida;🩺 Plano de Saúde;🛡️ Previdência Privada;🗣️ Auster (apoio emocional);💪 Gympass;💰 PLR.
