A Orizon Meio Ambiente está em busca de um(a) Assistente de Tesouraria para atuar nas rotinas de Contas a Receber e Cobrança. Será responsável pelo atendimento a clientes, resposta de e-mails, emissão de boletos, cobrança de valores, negociação de prazos, atualização cadastral e envio de relatórios. Procuramos um profissional organizado, proativo e com boa comunicação.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar o atendimento aos clientes por e-mail e telefone, garantindo agilidade e qualidade nas tratativas. Emitir, conferir e enviar boletos bancários e demais documentos relacionados à cobrança. Acompanhar títulos em aberto e realizar cobranças de valores junto aos clientes. Negociar prazos e condições de pagamento, observando as diretrizes da empresa. Efetuar atualizações cadastrais de clientes nos sistemas corporativos. Apoiar o controle e acompanhamento da carteira de contas a receber. Elaborar e enviar relatórios de cobrança, recebimentos e inadimplência. Realizar baixas de recebimentos e apoiar as conciliações financeiras quando necessário. Interagir com áreas internas para solução de divergências relacionadas a faturamento e cobrança. Contribuir para a organização dos processos e cumprimento dos prazos da área.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo (desejável cursando Ensino Superior em Administração, Contabilidade, Gestão Financeira ou áreas correlatas). Conhecimento em rotinas de contas a receber e cobrança. Boa comunicação verbal e escrita. Organização, atenção aos detalhes e senso de prioridade. Conhecimento em Excel.
