A SecPower, especialista em soluções de armazenamento de energia, está em busca de um Assistente Financeiro para dar suporte operacional e administrativo às rotinas da área, contas a pagar, faturamento e controle financeiro, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos, a qualidade das informações e o correto processamento das operações financeiras da empresa.  Se você possui atenção aos detalhes, organização e gosta de atuar em um ambiente dinâmico e colaborativo, essa oportunidade pode ser para você.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Realizar a validação dos recebimentos de notas fiscais de serviço junto às áreas responsáveis e clientes.Efetuar lançamentos de contas a pagar, incluindo despesas diversas, impostos, reembolsos e demais documentos financeiros.Emitir notas fiscais de serviço e apoiar o processo de faturamento das empresas do Grupo.Realizar transferências de notas fiscais entre empresas do Grupo.Administrar e controlar os cartões corporativos, garantindo sua correta utilização.Executar o fechamento decendial de contas a pagar e encaminhar informações para a contabilidade.Conferir documentos fiscais, validando informações como valores, vencimentos e retenções tributárias.Gerar e enviar arquivos CNAB para processamento bancário.Realizar baixas financeiras, lançamentos de tarifas e movimentações no sistema.Controlar pagamentos antecipados e realizar conferências de reembolsos conforme política interna.Garantir a correta atualização das informações financeiras nos sistemas corporativosRequisitos e qualificações Ensino Médio completo.Desejável estar cursando ou ter concluído graduação em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Finanças ou áreas correlatas.Experiência com rotinas de Contas a Pagar.Conhecimento em análise e conferência de documentos financeiros e fiscais.Pacote Office intermediário, com foco em Excel.Experiência com sistemas ERP.Conhecimento no sistema TOTVS Protheus será um diferencial.Informações adicionaisLocal: Av.
