Identificar, analisar e tratar divergências entre extratos bancários e lançamentos no TOTVS RM.Controlar diariamente as pendências de conciliação, acompanhando responsáveis e prazos.Conferir tarifas, rendimentos, juros e movimentações de aplicações financeiras.Apoiar o time de contas a pagar em movimentos longos quando necessário.Apresentar mensalmente controle de tarifas pagas e propor melhorias na gestão de tarifasAtuar em conjunto com as áreas contábil, tesouraria e contas a pagar para revisar processos e aprimorar as rotinas de conciliação.Requisitos e qualificaçõesSuperior Completo ou em andamento em Ciências Contábeis, Administração, Processos Gerenciais ou áreas afins.Conhecimento em processos de conciliação bancária e fluxo de caixa;Excel intermediário (procV, Tabela Dinâmica, concatenação, SOMASES);Noções de contabilidade e estrutura de contas contábeis;Vivência com extrações de relatórios financeiros integrados.Experiência com conciliação de contas bancárias de múltiplas empresas/CNPJs.Familiaridade com arquivos bancários OFX, CNAB e integração bancária.Interesse em automação de processos financeiros e utilização de ferramentas de IA.Conhecimento no TOTVS RM (Desejável);Informações adicionaisAtuação remota
