O GRUPO CONTABILIZA está em busca de um(a) Assistente Fiscal JR para apoiar a rotina do departamento fiscal, contribuindo com a escrituração, conferência e organização de documentos, além de dar suporte na apuração de tributos e no atendimento às demandas dos clientes.

Esta é uma excelente oportunidade para quem deseja desenvolver carreira na área fiscal, atuando em um ambiente dinâmico, com aprendizado contínuo e contato com diferentes rotinas e segmentos de empresas.

Principais responsabilidades

Auxiliar na escrituração de documentos fiscais de entrada e saída; Realizar lançamentos e conferências de notas fiscais; Apoiar na apuração de impostos de empresas do Simples Nacional e Lucro Presumido; Contribuir na entrega de obrigações acessórias; Conferir documentos fiscais e informações tributárias; Auxiliar na emissão e conferência de guias de impostos; Apoiar o atendimento e o esclarecimento de dúvidas fiscais dos clientes; Organizar documentos e arquivos do departamento; Dar suporte aos analistas e demais profissionais da área fiscal.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos

Técnicos

Ensino superior cursando ou completo em Ciências Contábeis, Administração ou áreas correlatas; Conhecimento básico em rotinas fiscais e tributárias; Conhecimento em Domínio Sistemas; Conhecimento básico em Excel; Noções de escrituração, lançamentos e conferência de documentos fiscais. Experiência anterior em escritório de contabilidade;

Comportamentais

Organização e atenção aos detalhes; Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe; Perfil proativo e disposto(a) a aprender; Boa comunicação para apoio no atendimento a clientes; Interesse em se desenvolver na área fiscal.
