Conferir a correta aplicação de CFOP, CST, NCM e demais informações fiscais dos documentos;

Analisar a incidência e o destaque de tributos estaduais e federais, conforme a operação;

Conferir ICMS, IPI, PIS e COFINS, bem como suas respectivas classificações tributárias;

Analisar retenções de tributos incidentes sobre serviços, como IRRF, INSS, ISS, PIS, COFINS e CSLL;

Identificar possíveis divergências tributárias e documentais nas Notas Fiscais antes da escrituração;

Apoiar a escrituração fiscal de documentos de entrada e serviços tomados;

Auxiliar na apuração e conciliação de tributos;

Apoiar a preparação, conferência e validação das obrigações acessórias, especialmente EFD ICMS/IPI (SPED Fiscal) e EFD-Contribuições;

Apoiar o fechamento fiscal mensal e realizar conferências entre documentos fiscais, sistema e Contabilidade;

Manter controles e documentos fiscais organizados para atendimento às necessidades internas, auditorias e fiscalizações;

Apoiar a equipe nas demais rotinas da área Fiscal.Requisitos e qualificações Cursando Ciências Contábeis;

Conhecimento em rotinas fiscais e conferência de Notas Fiscais;

Conhecimento de CFOP, CST, NCM e tributação de mercadorias e serviços;

Conhecimento de ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, ISS e retenções tributárias;

Conhecimento em SPED Fiscal (EFD ICMS/IPI) e EFD-Contribuições;

Conhecimento básico/intermediário em Excel;

Desejável experiência anterior em departamento fiscal e ou Contabilidade.
