Valorizamos pessoas criativas, com brilho nos olhos e que assumem o protagonismo de suas entregas, contribuindo para um ambiente leve, dinâmico e orientado ao crescimento. Estamos em busca de um(a) Atendente de A&B para compor nossa equipe.Responsabilidades e atribuições Recepcionar e atender os hóspedes com cordialidade, prestando informações sobre os produtos e serviços disponíveis.Apresentar as opções de alimentos e bebidas, esclarecendo dúvidas e consultando os responsáveis quando necessário.Registrar pedidos e encaminhá-los à cozinha ou ao bar, conforme a organização do ponto de atendimento.Entregar alimentos e bebidas, conferindo os pedidos e observando os padrões de apresentação.Preparar e servir itens simples, como cafés e bebidas não alcoólicas, conforme treinamento e procedimentos internos.Organizar balcões, estações de atendimento e pontos de distribuição antes, durante e após o serviço.Repor alimentos, bebidas, utensílios e materiais, conforme orientação e cuidados de conservação.Acompanhar a apresentação e a disponibilidade dos itens no buffet, comunicando necessidades de reposição aos responsáveis.Encaminhar solicitações relacionadas a alergias e restrições alimentares à cozinha e aos responsáveis, seguindo os procedimentos internos.Recolher utensílios utilizados e apoiar a limpeza e a organização das mesas e áreas de atendimento.Operar sistemas de pedidos e realizar cobranças, quando designado e autorizado.Conferir validade, identificação e condições dos produtos sob sua responsabilidade, comunicando irregularidades.Acolher solicitações e reclamações, encaminhando à liderança as situações que ultrapassem sua autonomia.Informar faltas de produtos, falhas em equipamentos e necessidades de manutenção.Apoiar o atendimento em restaurantes, bares, cafeterias, eventos e demais pontos de A&B, conforme sua designação.Cumprir os procedimentos de higiene, manipulação de alimentos e apresentação pessoal.Contribuir para a redução de desperdícios e o uso adequado dos materiais.Comunicar ocorrências e pendências na passagem de turno.

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino médio completo.Boa comunicação e facilidade para atendimento ao público.Conhecimentos básicos de higiene e manipulação de alimentos.Facilidade para utilizar sistemas de pedidos e realizar conferências.Disponibilidade para trabalhar em escala, incluindo finais de semana, feriados e turnos noturnos, conforme a operação.
