Se você quer trabalhar com propósito e fazer a diferença na vida das pessoas, seu lugar pode ser aqui.Somos uma rede que acredita no cuidado humanizado, na força do trabalho em equipe e no desenvolvimento contínuo de seus profissionais.Estamos em busca de profissionais para atuar na área/posição de Auditor Ambiental Sênior, contribuindo para um atendimento seguro, humanizado e alinhado às melhores práticas.Aqui, você fará parte de um time comprometido com a qualidade do cuidado e a experiência do paciente, atuando de forma colaborativa e com foco contínuo em excelência.Responsabilidades e atribuições Atuar na frente de Conformidade Ambiental da Companhia, realizando auditorias ambientais nas unidades de saúde da empresa, como hospitais, clínicas, centros médicos, laboratórios etc., além da realização de auditorias ambientais nos fornecedores terceiros, como empresas responsáveis pelo gerenciamento de resíduos e lavanderias. Ponto focal das suas unidades e regionais, e ficará responsável por acompanhar e avaliar os indicadores ambientais das unidades e realizar reportes quanto a desenvoltura dessas unidades nestes números, realizando avaliações críticas com vistas a alcançar melhorias. Através dos indicadores ambientais,Responsável por elaborar os inventários de gases de efeito estufa das unidades a fim de obter informações quanto a quantidade de CO2 equivalente emitido por cada uma destas, maiores ofensores e como atuar para uma melhora de cenário. Também fica sob atribuição do auditor ambiental realizar a avaliação de projetos arquitetônicos greenfield e brownfield, com o objetivo de garantir que a infraestrutura atende ao preconizado ambientalmente.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação: Cientista Ambiental, Engenheiro Ambiental, Gestor Ambiental, Biólogo ou áreas correlatadas;

Certificação e implementação da ISO 14.001; Formação de Auditor Interno ISO 14.001; Experiência em auditorias de primeira, segunda e terceira parte; Gestão de resíduos de serviços de saúde (RSS) em ambiente hospitalar; Inventário e gestão de emissões de Gases de Efeito Estufa (GEE); Homologação e auditoria de fornecedores ambientais; Análise de projetos, obras e expansões sob a ótica ambiental; Conhecimento em processos de certificação ambiental e acreditações hospitalares;  Legislação ambiental aplicável (federal, estadual e municipal); Auditoria em Sistemas de Gestão Ambiental (SGA); Gerenciamento de resíduos sólidos e resíduos de serviços de saúde (RSS); Elaboração de relatórios de auditoria e pareceres técnicos; Avaliação de conformidade legal ambiental; Gestão de indicadores ambientais; Conhecimento sobre licenças, autorizações e condicionantes ambientais;  Pacote Office intermediário, Power BI, Copilot.
