Se você quer trabalhar com propósito e fazer a diferença na vida das pessoas, seu lugar pode ser aqui.Somos uma rede que acredita no cuidado humanizado, na força do trabalho em equipe e no desenvolvimento contínuo de seus profissionais.Estamos em busca de profissionais para atuar na área/posição de Auxiliar administrativo - Farmácia, contribuindo para um atendimento seguro, humanizado e alinhado às melhores práticas.Aqui, você fará parte de um time comprometido com a qualidade do cuidado e a experiência do paciente, atuando de forma colaborativa e com foco contínuo em excelência.Responsabilidades e atribuições Digitar nota fiscal, conforme relatório de conferência de entrada;Acompanhar as áreas de Farmácia Central e Farmácias Satélites no que diz respeito ao preenchimento, arquivo de documentos, organização e limpeza das áreas de trabalho; Acompanhar autorização de materiais e medicamentos quando necessário;Assessorar a coordenação farmacêutica na parametrização/cadastro de produtos, bem como na - Acompanhar o armazenamento, o prazo de validade e reposição de estoque dos produtos da Farmácia Central e Farmácias satélites;Auxiliar no processo de conferência dos carrinhos de urgência e maletas;Auxiliar nos processos de inventários e contagens do estoque;Substituir, sempre que necessário, o Auxiliar de Farmácia em suas funções nas farmácias Central e Satélites;Verificar os registros de temperatura;Conferir o preparo do esquema de soro para reposição hidroeletrolítica;Orientar aos funcionários no que se refere às rotinas de dispensação dos produtos, bem como a perda involuntária, e registrar;Solicitar a compra dos produtos (medicamentos e materiais médico-hospitalar), quando necessário;Acompanhar a utilização de produtos não-padronizados; Acompanhar o sistema de controle dos medicamentos sujeitos a controle especial;Auxiliar no dimensionamento da equipe: troca de horário, troca de plantão, de férias, licenças, realização de exames periódicos e horas extras dos funcionários;Analisar as solicitações pendentes de produtos e passagem de plantão.Avaliação diária do estoque através de relatórios, bem como identificando a necessidade de compra, antecipação de entregas e outros;Conhecer, aplicar e divulgar a Missão, Visão e Política do Sistema Integrado de Gestão,Atuar na obtenção dos objetivos do Sistema Integrado de Gestão;Cumprir as determinações estabelecidas para a gestão de riscos;Atuar seguindo as políticas e os procedimentos de Segurança da Informação da instituição; Participar do processo de avaliação dos riscos do setor;Desempenhar outras atividades pertinentes à função, e compatíveis com a formação e conhecimentos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Médio Completo;Desejável experiência na área administrativa.Informações adicionaisVocê poderá ser direcionado(a) para oportunidades na unidade do Hospital Biocor.Trabalhamos com diferentes escalas (diurno e/ou noturno), alinhadas à sua disponibilidade;Oferecemos treinamento inicial em horário comercial — é importante ter disponibilidade para essa etapa.Aqui você encontra um pacote de benefícios pensado para o seu bem-estar e desenvolvimento:🏥 Assistência médica (extensivo a dependentes);😁 Assistência odontológica (extensivo a dependentes);🍽️ Vale Alimentação e Refeitório no local (de acordo com a unidade);🎯 Clube de Parcerias Rede D'Or (descontos e vantagens exclusivas);🛡️ Seguro de vida;🤝 Convênios com empresas parceiras;📚 Acesso aos treinamentos da Academia Rede D'Or (desenvolvimento contínuo);
