A INTUO está em busca de uma pessoa Auxiliar Administrativo Jr. para atuar no departamento financeiro, apoiando as rotinas de contas a pagar, contas a receber, RH, organização e compras de escritório e serviços externos.

Sobre a oportunidade

Principais responsabilidades

Auxiliar no controle e pagamento de funcionários e fornecedores; Realizar baixas de pagamentos no sistema por meio de arquivos CNAB; Conferir informações financeiras e organizar documentos relacionados aos pagamentos; Apoiar o processo de cobrança por telefone e e-mail; Realizar o envio de boletos bancários; Auxiliar no envio e retorno de arquivos CNAB; Efetuar baixas de recebimentos no sistema; Realizar serviços externos, como ida aos correios, bancos e demais demandas operacionais. Cotações, compras e organizações para feiras, eventos e o escritório.

Uma pessoa comprometida, organizada e interessada em aprender na prática as principais rotinas do departamento financeiro, contribuindo com responsabilidade, agilidade e atenção aos processos. MODALIDADE: PJ (PESSOA JURÍDICA - MEI) - 1º ANO SENDO PRESENCIAL E OS DEMAIS COM HOME PROGRESSIVO - REMUNERAÇÃO COMPATÍVEL COM A FUNÇÃO - HORÁRIO COMERCIAL SENDO DAS 09:00 ÀS 18:00HRS, EM ALPHAVILLE - BARUERI.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos técnicos

Conhecimento básico em rotinas administrativas e financeiras; Familiaridade com contas a pagar e contas a receber; Noções de arquivo CNAB e baixas bancárias serão consideradas um diferencial; Capacidade de organizar documentos e conferir informações financeiras com atenção; Desejável habilidade com planilhas e sistemas administrativos Negociações em cotações e compras com os fornecedores.

Organização e atenção aos detalhes; Responsabilidade e comprometimento com prazos; Boa comunicação para apoio em cobranças por telefone e e-mail; Proatividade para lidar com demandas variadas do escritório; Discrição e ética no trato com informações financeiras; Facilidade para atuar em rotinas operacionais e serviços externos.
