Os Centros de Atenção Psicossocial - CAPS são serviços públicos de saúde mental, abertos à comunidade, que acolhem pessoas em intenso sofrimento psíquico, inclusive aquelas que enfrentam situações relacionadas ao uso prejudicial de álcool e outras drogas, apoiando no dia a dia e no processo de reinserção comunitária.

Eles contam com equipes multiprofissionais (médicos, psicólogos, terapeutas ocupacionais, assistentes sociais, enfermeiros, entre outros) que oferecem cuidado contínuo, acompanhamento clínico e apoio psicossocial aos usuários e familiares, assim como suporte a outros serviços de saúde.

Os atendimentos são voltados ao pessoas com intenso sofrimento psíquico (CAPS Adulto), pessoas em situações relacionadas ao uso prejudicial de álcool e outras drogas (CAPS Álcool e Drogas) e Crianças e adolescentes com sofrimento psíquico intenso (CAPS Infanto-juvenil), e não há necessidade de encaminhamento para ser atendido.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtender as normativas do Conselho Regional de Enfermagem (COREN); Garantir o cumprimento das rotinas, normas e protocolos institucionais e da Secretaria Municipal da Saúde (SMS); Prestar assistência de enfermagem ao usuário e acompanhá-lo em caso de remoção acompanhando o Enfermeiro; Solicitar a presença do Enfermeiro sempre que necessário;Prestar assistência de enfermagem segura, humanizada e individualizada aos pacientes, sob supervisão do Enfermeiro, preparar o paciente para consultas, exames e tratamentos;Realizar coleta de exames laboratoriais, exames de eletrocardiograma, inalações, curativos, terapia de reidratação oral e vacinação quando necessário efetuando o registro segundo orientação do COREN e supervisão do Enfermeiro; Orientar e auxiliar pacientes, prestando informações relativas à higiene, alimentação, utilização de medicamentos e cuidados de enfermagem no tratamento de saúde; Verificar os sinais vitais e as condições gerais dos pacientes, segundo prescrição médica e de enfermagem; Preparar e administrar medicações por via oral, tópica, intradérmica, subcutânea, intramuscular, endovenosa e retal, segundo prescrição médica, sob supervisão do Enfermeiro; Acompanhar o enfermeiro, de acordo com a frequência estipulada em protocolo, à quantidade das medicações: assistida, de carrinho de emergência e da sala de procedimentos de enfermagem (ou sala de medicações); Cumprir prescrições de assistência médica e de enfermagem; Receber e passar o plantão mantendo adequada comunicação entre as equipes; Interagir com os diversos processos e serviços da unidade; Acompanhar menor desacompanhado em consulta, conforme determinação do Enfermeiro; Preencher corretamente todos os impressos pertinentes ao prontuário do paciente;Requisitos e qualificaçõesCurso de Auxiliar de Enfermagem CompletoRegistro Ativo no Conselho da Classe de Auxiliar de EnfermagemExperiência mínima de 03 (seis) meses comprovada na função de Auxiliar de Enfermagem ou Técnico de Enfermagem em saúde mental.Informações adicionaisLocal: CAPS AD III HeliopolisEscala e horario: 12x36 das 07h00 ás 19h00 e/ou das 19h00 ás 07h00 (Folguista)Tipo de Vaga: efetivaBenefícios e Parcerias:Vale Refeição;Vale Alimentação;Assistência Médica (adesão facultativa);Assistência Odontológica (adesão facultativa);Disponibilizamos parcerias com Wellhub (Gympass), SESC, Zenklub, faculdades, universidades e farmácias.
