Atendendo do turista ao motorista de app, da viagem em família à frota empresarial. #OFocoéSomarLocal:Boa Viagem, Recife/PE (Matriz)Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais atribuições:Controlar a documentação dos veículos (IPVA, licenciamento, seguros, multas, contratos de locação, etc.);Acompanhar e agendar manutenções preventivas e corretivas da frota, garantindo prazos e condições de uso dos veículos;Realizar checklists de entrada e saída de veículos, vistoriando condições gerais e apontando ocorrências;Apoiar o controle de abastecimentos, quilometragem e consumo de combustível;Lançar e manter atualizadas as informações da frota em sistemas e planilhas de controle;Auxiliar na emissão e acompanhamento de relatórios operacionais (custos por veículo, disponibilidade, histórico de manutenção, etc.);Atender motoristas e colaboradores com dúvidas ou solicitações relacionadas à frota;Apoiar processos de sinistros e encaminhamento de veículos para reparos em casos de avarias;Garantir a organização dos arquivos físicos e digitais relacionados à frota.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos obrigatórios:Ensino Médio completo;Habilidade com Excel e sistemas de controle (ERP ou plataformas de frota);Noções de geografia e rotas urbanas são diferenciais;Conhecimento básico em Excel e pacote Office; Organização, atenção a detalhes e disciplina no controle de informações;Boa comunicação verbal e escrita e habilidades de relacionamento interpessoal;Disponibilidade para eventual plantão em fim de semana ou feriado.Requisitos desejáveis (diferencial):Técnico ou superior em andamento em Logística, Administração ou áreas afins;Conhecimento básico em manutenção veicular e documentação de veículos;Vivência em rotinas de gestão de frota ou logística; Conhecimento em sistemas de gestão de frota (ERP, rastreamento, telemetria); Noções de legislação de trânsito e documentos veiculares; Inglês básico;CNH categoria B.Informações adicionaisBenefícios:Salário R$ 1.621,00 + Bonificação mensal e trimestral variável de acordo com o alcance das metas;Vale transporte (com desconto de 6% previsto pela CLT);Vale Alimentação/Refeição R$ 855,40/mês (com 20% de desconto) via cartão iFood Benefícios;Bônus de R$ 200,00 (via Swile) no Programa Indique um Talento, caso o amigo indicado seja efetivado (conforme Política vigente); Parceria SEST/SENAT para atendimento odontológico, fisioterápico, psicológico e nutricional gratuitos (conforme disponibilidade);Reserva de carro com desconto (conforme Política vigente);TotalPass (a partir de R$ 39,90, caso optante);Plano Odontológico SulAmérica (a partir de R$ 13,79 por titular e dependente, caso optante);Dayoff (Folga de aniversário);Plano de Desenvolvimento Individual e Plano de Carreira.Escala e horário:5x2, de 08:00 às 17:48, Efetivo.
