Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesEstamos com três oportunidades para o cargo de Auxiliar de Serviços Compartilhados, com atuação em diferentes produtos e serviços da Cooperativa: Aceitação, Consórcios e Seguros. Buscamos profissionais organizados, colaborativos e com interesse em contribuir para a excelência dos processos e para o suporte às agências da cooperativa.Atuação em Aceitação | Responsabilidades do cargo:Prestar suporte às agências nos processos relacionados ao produto Aceitação;Orientar e esclarecer dúvidas sobre máquinas de cartões, pagamento por link, venda digitada, e-commerce, TEF e demais soluções de captura;Realizar análises e acompanhamentos de demandas operacionais;Apoiar a identificação e solução de problemas relacionados aos produtos e processos de Aceitação;Atuar de forma integrada com áreas internas e parceiros, contribuindo para a resolução das solicitações;Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos e para a qualidade do atendimento prestado às agências.Atuação em Consórcios | Responsabilidades do cargo:Apoiar as atividades operacionais das áreas de Consórcios, Aceitação, Pagamentos e Recebimentos, conforme as prioridades da área;Prestar suporte às agências em dúvidas e demandas relacionadas aos produtos e processos atendidos;Realizar acompanhamentos, controles, análises e tratativas operacionais;Auxiliar na execução de atividades administrativas e operacionais dos diferentes times;Atuar de forma integrada com colegas e áreas parceiras para garantir a fluidez dos processos;Apoiar a identificação de melhorias e oportunidades de ganho de eficiência;Contribuir para a qualidade, agilidade e continuidade dos serviços prestados pela área.Atuação em Seguros | Responsabilidades do cargo:Apoiar os processos relacionados à carteira de Seguros da cooperativa;Realizar contatos com associados por telefone, e-mail e WhatsApp para renovação e atualização de apólices;Acompanhar vencimentos e oportunidades de renovação, garantindo a continuidade da proteção dos associados;Prestar suporte às agências em dúvidas e demandas relacionadas aos produtos de Seguros;Atualizar informações, controles e registros operacionais da carteira;Atuar de forma integrada com diferentes áreas, contribuindo para a qualidade e eficiência dos processos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEstar cursando ou ter cursado o ensino superior em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia, Direito ou áreas correlatas;Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;Conhecimento básico do Pacote Office;Facilidade para utilização de sistemas e ferramentas digitais;Experiência com atendimento ao público será considerada diferencial;Conhecimento sobre produtos e serviços financeiros será considerado diferencial;Residir em Itapema/SC ou cidades limítrofes.Informações adicionais
