A hora de fazer parte de um time comprometido, acolhedor e que leva saúde para milhões de pessoas, é agora!Estamos na busca de profissionais para compor a nossa equipe!Se você é comprometido(a) e apaixonado(a) por novos desafios, aqui é o seu lugar!Faça seu cadastro e envie seu currículo!Responsabilidades e atribuições Realizar acolhimento e identificação dos pacientes, organizando o fluxo de atendimento ambulatorial.Verificar e registrar sinais vitais, como pressão arterial, temperatura, pulso, frequência respiratória e saturação de oxigênio, conforme rotina do serviço.Preparar pacientes para consultas médicas, exames e procedimentos, prestando orientações pertinentes.Auxiliar a equipe médica e de enfermagem durante consultas, curativos e procedimentos ambulatoriais.Realizar curativos simples e outros cuidados de enfermagem compatíveis com sua habilitação profissional e sob supervisão do enfermeiro.Administrar medicamentos e realizar procedimentos permitidos, conforme prescrição, protocolos institucionais e legislação vigente.Realizar coleta de materiais para exames, quando habilitado e autorizado, seguindo as normas de biossegurança.Preparar, organizar e higienizar salas de atendimento, materiais e equipamentos utilizados nos procedimentos.Realizar limpeza, desinfecção e encaminhamento de materiais para processamento, conforme protocolos institucionais.Controlar e repor materiais, insumos e equipamentos necessários ao atendimento.Registrar os cuidados prestados e as informações pertinentes nos prontuários e sistemas institucionais.Orientar os pacientes quanto aos cuidados básicos e às recomendações fornecidas pela equipe de saúde.Identificar e comunicar ao enfermeiro ou médico alterações no estado clínico dos pacientes.Cumprir as normas de biossegurança, prevenção e controle de infecções, descarte de resíduos de serviços de saúde e sigilo profissional.Contribuir para a organização, segurança e qualidade da assistência prestada aos pacientes.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos OBRIGATÓRIOS:Curso Auxiliar em Enfermagem;Registro ativo no Conselho Regional de Enfermagem (COREN).Desejável experiência em oncologia ou cuidados paliativos
