Atua desde a captação de leads até o fechamento da venda e o pós-venda inicial, com domínio técnico sobre os produtos e suas tecnologias, garantindo ao cliente clareza, confiança e encantamento durante toda a jornada de compra.Responsabilidades e atribuições2.1. Relacionamento com o Cliente   a. Realizar o atendimento presencial e digital no showroom, qualificando as necessidades do cliente e personalizando a oferta de acordo com seu perfil;   b. Apresentar o portfólio da marca, destacando diferenciais técnicos, funcionais e sustentáveis dos modelos eletrificados e híbridos, reforçando a proposta de valor de cada veículo;   c. Explicar de forma clara os conceitos de eletrificação, benefícios de cada tipo de motorização e suas aplicações no dia a dia do cliente;   d. Garantir a experiência do cliente conforme os padrões de excelência e NPS definidos pela montadora.2.2. Vendas e Captação   a. Realizar prospecção ativa, captação de leads por redes sociais, indicações e canais internos;   b. Gerenciar e nutrir a carteira de clientes e leads no sistema CRM;   c. Realizar simulações financeiras, apresentar condições comerciais e negociar com foco em valor percebido e fidelização;   d. Garantir taxa de conversão e índice de satisfação acima dos padrões estabelecidos pela montadora.2.3. Domínio Técnico do Produto   a. Classificar corretamente os modelos (BEV, HEV, PHEV, FCEV);   b. Explicar autonomias, consumo energético (kWh/100 km), tempo de recarga (AC/DC em kW/h), torque e potência (Nm/cv);   c. Demonstrar domínio dos sistemas embarcados (BMS, MCU, regeneração de energia, freios regenerativos, controle de tração e estabilidade, infotenimento, ADAS, carregamento inteligente etc.);   d. Traduzir os aspectos técnicos para linguagem acessível ao cliente, qualificando sua experiência.2.4. Processo e Sistemas   a. Registrar todas as etapas no sistema Dealer (MR Sales, NBS, Dealernet ou equivalente);   b. Acompanhar evolução de metas, pipeline, follow-ups e pós-venda imediato;   c. Operar de forma disciplinada os processos definidos pela montadora, assegurando padrões de qualidade e integridade dos dados.Requisitos e qualificações✔️ 1. Ensino Médio completo (obrigatório).✔️ 2.
