Responsável por prospectar, negociar e comercializar veículos automotivos diretamente com empresas de diferentes portes, incluindo grandes corporações, pequenas empresas, cooperativas, profissionais liberais, PJs e MEIs, bem como órgãos públicos e frotistas. Atua também no fluxo de loja quando o perfil de clientes se enquadra em vendas diretas. Tem como objetivo garantir o alcance das metas de volume, margem e market share estabelecidas pela concessionária. Atua de forma consultiva, desenvolvendo relacionamentos sólidos, identificando necessidades específicas e oferecendo soluções completas, incluindo veículos, serviços agregados, F&I e pós-vendas, assegurando alto nível de satisfação e fidelização dos clientes corporativos e empreendedores.Responsabilidades e atribuições2.1 Prospectar clientes corporativos de diferentes perfis (grandes empresas, pequenas empresas, cooperativas, PJs e MEIs), estabelecendo relacionamentos de longo prazo.2.2 Atender o fluxo de loja quando identificado potencial para vendas diretas (empresas e empreendedores).2.3 Identificar necessidades de aquisição e propor soluções personalizadas, envolvendo veículos, acessórios e serviços agregados.2.4 Negociar condições comerciais de forma competitiva, respeitando as políticas da montadora e da concessionária.2.5 Gerenciar a carteira de clientes, garantindo acompanhamento contínuo e pós-venda eficaz.2.6 Atuar no cumprimento das metas de vendas diretas (volume, margem e rentabilidade).2.7 Acompanhar licitações públicas e processos de compra, preparando propostas técnicas e comerciais.2.8 Garantir a correta aplicação dos processos internos de CRM e registro de oportunidades no sistema.2.9 Colaborar com a área de pós-vendas e F&I, assegurando a oferta de pacotes integrados e a fidelização do cliente, seja ele grande corporação ou pequeno empreendedor.2.10 Monitorar o mercado e concorrência, fornecendo informações estratégicas para a gerência comercial.2.11 Cumprir normas, políticas internas e padrões da marca, assegurando compliance e qualidade no atendimento.Requisitos e qualificaçõesTempo: Experiência na função de vendas diretas B2B, atuando com empresas de diferentes portes, cooperativas, PJs e MEIs.Mínimo de 2 anosSegmento: Atuação comprovada no segmento automotivo (concessionárias, montadoras ou frotistas).Vivência em processos de licitação pública e negociação com pequenas empresas será considerada diferencial.Informações adicionaisVale transporteAssistência Médica Amil (100% subsidiado pela empresa)Assistência Odontológica AmilWellhub (parceria com academias)     Day Off Aniversário (conforme regras)Parceria com SESC     Telemedicina Conexa extensa para dependentes sem custo
