Responsabilidades e atribuições Atuar nas rotinas de Recursos Humanos de forma geral;Apoiar processos de folha de pagamento, benefícios e administração de pessoal;Acompanhar e orientar quanto à legislação trabalhista e normas internas;Conduzir processos de Recrutamento e Seleção;Apoiar ações de Treinamento e Desenvolvimento;Desenvolver e acompanhar iniciativas de clima, engajamento e cultura; Realizar a gestão das rotinas e ações de Saúde e Segurança do Trabalho, promovendo o cumprimento das normas e práticas de saúde e segurança dos colaboradores;

Prestar suporte aos líderes e colaboradores em demandas relacionadas à gestão de pessoas;Acompanhar indicadores de RH e propor melhorias nos processos;Contribuir para o desenvolvimento e melhoria contínua das práticas de Recursos Humanos.

Requisitos e qualificações Buscamos profissionais com visão generalista, perfil analítico e capacidade de transitar entre diferentes áreas do RH, equilibrando conhecimento técnico, relacionamento com pessoas e visão de negócio.Requisitos:

Ensino superior em Recursos Humanos, Administração, ou áreas correlatas;Experiência generalista em Recursos Humanos;Conhecimento em folha de pagamento e rotinas de Departamento Pessoal;Conhecimento da legislação trabalhista;Vivência em Recrutamento e Seleção, Treinamento e Desenvolvimento e ações de clima e engajamento;Conhecimento ou vivência com rotinas de Segurança do Trabalho;Experiência em empresas do segmento industrial será considerada um diferencial importante;Boa comunicação, organização, discrição, senso de prioridade e capacidade de relacionamento com diferentes públicos.
