Todas as nossas vagas também estão abertas para Pessoas com Deficiência (PCDs).Venha fazer parte da SIGVARIS GROUP e participe da vida das pessoas para que elas vivam mais e melhor.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesExecutar manutenções preventivas, preditivas e corretivas em máquinas de meias Lonati;Diagnosticar falhas mecânicas, pneumáticas e eletrônicas, buscando soluções eficazes;Realizar regulagens, ajustes, montagem e desmontagem de máquinas e equipamentos;Atuar na manutenção de teares de pequeno diâmetro;Acompanhar a instalação e o início de operação de novas máquinas;Apoiar o planejamento das manutenções preventivas e a identificação da necessidade de peças de reposição;Orientar operadores quanto à utilização adequada dos equipamentos;Apoiar testes, ajustes técnicos e melhorias nos processos produtivos;Elaborar registros técnicos relacionados às atividades de manutenção;Contribuir para a disponibilidade, segurança e bom desempenho das máquinas e dos equipamentos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos e qualificaçõesCurso técnico completo em Mecânica, Mecatrônica, Têxtil ou áreas correlatas;Conhecimento em regulagem, montagem, desmontagem e ajustes de teares Lonati;Experiência sólida em manutenção de máquinas Lonati;Experiência com teares de pequeno diâmetro;Conhecimento em manutenção mecânica, pneumática e eletrônica aplicada aos equipamentos;Experiência em fábrica de meias;Será considerado um diferencialExperiência com robôs de costura;Experiência com desenvolvimento ou implantação de novos produtos em máquinas Lonati;Conhecimento em parametrização ou programação de teares Lonati;Conhecimento em meias de compressão;Conhecimento em remalhadeiras;Leitura e interpretação de manuais técnicos em inglês ou italiano;Graduação ou curso tecnólogo em área relacionada.Informações adicionaisInformações adicionaisModelo de contratação para futuras oportunidades: CLT – EfetivoModalidade: 100% Presencial - Fábrica em JundiaíNossos benefícios:Refeição no local;Estacionamento ou vale transporte;Convênio farmácia;Seguro de vida;Cartão alimentação Alelo;PLR Anual;Totalpass;Após Experiência: Assistência médica e odontológica – Bradesco Saúde (nível nacional)
