Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPlanejar e ministrar aulas de acordo com a área de atuação e a etapa de ensino.Elaborar e desenvolver atividades pedagógicas que favoreçam a aprendizagem e o desenvolvimento integral dos estudantes.Preparar e utilizar recursos didáticos e estratégias metodológicas adequados aos objetivos de aprendizagem.Acompanhar o desempenho e o desenvolvimento dos alunos, identificando oportunidades de melhoria no processo de ensino-aprendizagem.Elaborar e aplicar instrumentos de avaliação, acompanhando os resultados e propondo intervenções pedagógicas quando necessário.Participar de reuniões pedagógicas, conselhos de classe, planejamentos e demais atividades institucionais.Contribuir para um ambiente escolar acolhedor, colaborativo e favorável à aprendizagem.Atuar em parceria com a equipe pedagógica, contribuindo para o desenvolvimento de projetos e ações educacionais.Promover o respeito à diversidade, o pensamento crítico, a criatividade, a autonomia e o desenvolvimento socioemocional dos estudantes.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior compatível com a área de atuação, preferencialmente licenciatura ou Pedagogia, conforme a disciplina e a etapa de ensino.Conhecimento de práticas pedagógicas e estratégias de ensino-aprendizagem.Habilidade para planejar aulas, desenvolver atividades e acompanhar o desempenho dos estudantes.Boa comunicação, organização e capacidade de trabalhar em equipe.Comprometimento com a aprendizagem, o desenvolvimento integral dos alunos e a qualidade do ensino.Disponibilidade para atuação presencial em Taboão da Serra – SP, conforme as oportunidades disponíveis.
