Responsabilidades e atribuições☑️ Coordenar as atividades e processos da área Fiscal, garantindo o cumprimento das obrigações tributárias, qualidade das entregas e atendimento aos prazos legais; ☑️ Liderar e desenvolver a equipe fiscal, promovendo acompanhamento de performance, direcionamento técnico e desenvolvimento profissional; ☑️ Acompanhar mudanças na legislação tributária, avaliando impactos para o negócio e garantindo a implementação dos ajustes necessários nos processos; ☑️ Assegurar a correta escrituração fiscal e a integridade das informações enviadas aos órgãos competentes; ☑️ Coordenar a apuração de impostos e contribuições, avaliando oportunidades de otimização e mitigação de riscos fiscais; ☑️ Atuar na análise e resolução de questões fiscais, apoiando a tomada de decisões e orientando as áreas internas sobre impactos tributários; ☑️ Gerenciar o atendimento a auditorias externas, fiscalizações e demais demandas dos órgãos competentes; ☑️ Monitorar indicadores e resultados da área, identificando oportunidades de melhoria e garantindo a eficiência dos processos fiscais; ☑️ Garantir a aplicação das políticas, procedimentos e controles internos relacionados à área Fiscal; ☑️ Promover a melhoria contínua dos processos, buscando maior eficiência, segurança e conformidade.Requisitos e qualificações🔹 Ensino Superior completo em Administração, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas correlatas; 🔹 Pós-graduação na área financeira ou equivalente será considerada um diferencial; 🔹 Vivência em implantação e revisão de projetos e processos; 🔹 Vivência com sistema Protheus e em Centro de Serviços Compartilhados (CSC) será considerada um diferencial; 🔹 Experiência em gestão de pessoas.Informações adicionaisVale alimentação ou refeição (bandeira Pluxxe/Sodexo)Assistência Unimed - colaborador e dependente (coparticipação)Vale Transporte (municipal)- não descontaPPR - 2 salários - habilitado de acordo as metas estipuladasSeguro de Vida
