Responsabilidades e atribuições ☑️ Extrair, consolidar, tratar e analisar dados contábeis, identificando inconsistências, tendências e oportunidades de melhoria;☑️ Desenvolver e aprimorar indicadores de desempenho (KPIs), dashboards e relatórios gerenciais para apoiar a tomada de decisão;☑️ Identificar oportunidades de automação de rotinas contábeis, conciliações, controles e relatórios, visando reduzir atividades manuais, retrabalho e riscos operacionais;☑️ Aprimorar controles de qualidade, rastreabilidade, padronização e integridade dos dados contábeis;☑️ Investigar divergências e variações contábeis, realizando análises de causa raiz e propondo planos de ação;☑️ Apoiar a otimização dos processos de fechamento, conciliações e validações contábeis, buscando maior precisão e redução de prazos;☑️ Estruturar e integrar dados de sistemas ERP, bases contábeis e ferramentas analíticas;☑️ Mapear processos, identificar gargalos e propor melhorias com foco em eficiência operacional;☑️ Prestar suporte técnico às equipes contábeis e áreas parceiras, transformando dados em informações relevantes para a gestão;☑️ Participar de projetos de transformação digital, analytics, inteligência artificial e evolução dos processos contábeis;☑️ Garantir que as análises, os controles e as soluções desenvolvidas estejam alinhados às normas contábeis, políticas internas e requisitos de auditoria e compliance.

Requisitos e qualificações 🔹 Ensino Superior completo em Ciências Contábeis;🔹 CRC ativo, conforme exigência da posição;🔹 Experiência sólida em processos contábeis, conciliações, fechamento contábil e análise de demonstrações financeiras;🔹 Conhecimento avançado em Excel e ferramentas de análise e tratamento de dados;🔹 Conhecimento em Power BI, incluindo construção de dashboards, modelagem de dados e desenvolvimento de indicadores;🔹 Conhecimento em SQL para consultas, extração e manipulação de bases de dados;🔹 Experiência com sistemas ERP, preferencialmente Protheus ou equivalentes;🔹 Conhecimento em governança, qualidade e integração de dados;🔹 Vivência em automação de processos, análise de causa raiz e melhoria contínua.
