O que buscamos?Estamos em busca de Business System Analystpara atuar em um de nossos parceiros. Procuramos um profissional com sólida experiência em desenvolvimento back-end, perfil colaborativo, pensamento analítico e capacidade de contribuir tecnicamente para a evolução de arquiteturas, processos e soluções de negócio.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesO que você irá fazer:Realizar o levantamento, análise e gestão de requisitos de negócio e sistemas;Escrever histórias de usuário, critérios de aceite, casos de uso e regras de negócio;Atuar na construção e evolução da jornada de onboarding e associação de contas, com foco em análise de risco;Modelar processos de negócio, realizando mapeamentos AS IS e TO BE;Identificar oportunidades de melhoria, gargalos e automações nos processos;Elaborar e manter fluxos de negócio utilizando BPMN e a esteira de processos baseada em Camunda;Atuar em conjunto com arquitetos, desenvolvedores e lideranças técnicas na definição de soluções e integrações;Conduzir refinamentos, alinhamentos entre processos upstream e downstream e iniciativas de desenvolvimento;Realizar consultas e análises de dados em bancos Oracle e MongoDB utilizando SQL;Participar de cerimônias ágeis, refinamentos, planejamentos e priorizações de backlog;

Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que você precisa ter:Experiência com levantamento e gestão de requisitos, incluindo histórias de usuário, critérios de aceite, casos de uso e regras de negócio;Conhecimento em modelagem de processos utilizando BPMN;Experiência com mapeamento de processos AS IS e TO BE;Conhecimento em ferramentas de modelagem de processos, especialmente Camunda;Conhecimento em APIs REST, JSON e especificações OpenAPI/Swagger;Experiência com arquitetura orientada a eventos e mensageria Kafka;Capacidade de ler payloads, definir contratos de integração e revisar especificações técnicas;Experiência na interlocução com times técnicos, arquitetos e desenvolvedores;Conhecimento em SQL e consultas em bancos Oracle e MongoDB;Vivência com metodologias ágeis Scrum e Kanban;Experiência com gestão de backlog, refinamentos, planejamentos e priorização de demandas;Experiência com as ferramentas Jira e Confluence;Capacidade de atuar como facilitador entre áreas de negócio e tecnologia, conduzindo discussões e alinhamentos de ponta a ponta;Boa comunicação, relacionamento interpessoal e perfil proativo para condução de iniciativas;

Experiências Desejáveis:Vivência em prevenção a fraudes e processos de abertura de contas;Experiência em projetos voltados para análise de risco em jornadas de onboarding;Conhecimento em desenvolvimento Java para melhor compreensão das integrações e soluções técnicas;Vivência com APIs, eventos e arquiteturas assíncronas;Experiência atuando em contextos com múltiplas integrações e processos downstream;Perfil hands-on, com capacidade de orquestrar entregas, promover alinhamentos e acompanhar iniciativas de forma end-to-end;
