A LEÃO, líder na categoria de CHÁS, e que valoriza a Diversidade & Inclusão, busca profissional para atuar como VENDEDOR VAREJO, que resida em São Paulo ou região, para atendimento nas Redes Médias. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesTerá como principais responsabilidades:- Negociar e vender os produtos do portfólio Leão nos canais Varejo, Redes Médias, Cash Carry Regional e Atacados, visando suprir a demanda dos consumidores, com foco em resultado e de acordo com as normas e procedimentos estabelecidos pela empresa.- Garantir a implementação do Processo de Vendas, abrangendo rotina de visita ao mercado, correta exposição dos produtos no PDV, controle de verbas, devoluções.

- Acompanhar a evolução de vendas, assegurando o atingimento das metas pré-estabelecidas com rentabilidade da operação.- Atuar em conjunto com a área de merchandising na ativação e posicionamento de materiais de merchandising, precificação dos nossos produtos na área de venda e diminuição das rupturas.-  Gerenciar seus clientes por meio das informações disponibilizadas Sell in, Sell out, Positivação e Estoque, a fim de melhor acompanhamento dos resultados.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos básicos incluem:- Desejável experiência anterior no canal Indireto (Segmento de Alimentos e Bebidas e Bens de Consumo será um diferencial);- Diferencial: Superior completo ou cursando (Administração, MKT ou similares);- Pacote Office- Vivência em realizar treinamentos e reuniões;- Desenvoltura e bom relacionamento com clientes, pares, líderes (todos os níveis organizacionais);- Disponibilidade para viagens;- CNH ativa;- Conhecimentos de técnicas de vendas, negociação e matemática financeira complementam o perfil.Informações adicionaisOferecemos: - Vale R- VA- Assistência Médica Bradesco- Assistência Odontológica OdontoPrev- Veículo da Cia- Cartão Combustível- Seguro de Vida- Previdência Privada- Totalpass- Participação no Lucros
