Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar o abastecimento das unidades da empresa por meio da execução dos processos de compras de materiais e serviços, garantindo atendimento aos requisitos de custo, qualidade e prazo.Administrar demandas de compras de baixa e média complexidade, acompanhando solicitações de manutenção, operação e projetos dentro dos prazos estabelecidos.Manter comunicação contínua com clientes internos, fornecedores e demais áreas envolvidas para alinhamento das necessidades e acompanhamento das entregas.Apoiar a definição de prioridades da carteira de compras sob sua responsabilidade, em alinhamento com as orientações da liderança.Emitir pedidos de compras, contratos simplificados e acordos comerciais, assegurando conformidade com os procedimentos e políticas da empresa.Identificar possíveis riscos de fornecimento e comunicar oportunidades de mitigação à liderança da área.Prospectar e apoiar o processo de qualificação de novos fornecedores, observando requisitos de qualidade, ética, compliance e sustentabilidade.Realizar cotações e pesquisas de mercado para atendimento de demandas operacionais e emergenciais.Elaborar quadros comparativos de propostas comerciais, apoiando análises de preços, condições de pagamento, reajustes e demais condições comerciais.Apoiar a elaboração e revisão de contratos, realizando interface com áreas internas quando necessário.Atuar em conjunto com áreas técnicas e fornecedores para acompanhamento e resolução de problemas relacionados ao fornecimento.Garantir que os processos de compras sejam executados em conformidade com as políticas de suprimentos e diretrizes de compliance da organização.Apoiar as atividades de monitoramento e avaliação de fornecedores quanto aos critérios de qualidade, desempenho e conformidade.Participar de iniciativas de gestão de fornecedores, contribuindo para o fortalecimento das relações comerciais de longo prazo.Auxiliar no acompanhamento de indicadores de desempenho da cadeia de suprimentos e da base de fornecedores.Contribuir para a manutenção e expansão de uma base de fornecedores qualificada, competitiva e aderente às necessidades da companhia.

Requisitos e qualificações Superior Completo: Engenharias, Comércio Exterior, Administração ou áreas correlatas Inglês intermediário ( desejável ) Conhecimento em sistemas ERP (Oracle, SAP, etc) Passagem por empresas multinacionais de médio/grande porte. Boa desenvoltura em comunicação.
