A HEALTHY MARTINS está em busca de um(a) Consultor(a) Comercial para atuar em nossa clínica médica particular, especializada em emagrecimento, saúde metabólica e performance. Trabalhamos com um método próprio de acompanhamento individualizado, atendendo pacientes que valorizam confiança, atenção, qualidade no relacionamento e uma experiência diferenciada.

Esta é uma oportunidade para quem tem perfil comercial, boa comunicação, responsabilidade e vontade genuína de aprender e evoluir profissionalmente. Não buscamos apenas alguém para responder mensagens ou agendar consultas: procuramos uma pessoa com iniciativa, escuta ativa, segurança para conduzir conversas e postura consultiva na jornada do paciente.

Principais responsabilidades Atender e qualificar potenciais pacientes via WhatsApp, compreendendo necessidades, expectativas e contexto antes de apresentar os próximos passos. Conduzir contatos comerciais por WhatsApp e videochamadas, realizando qualificação e agendamento de avaliações médicas. Fazer follow-up estruturado e recuperar oportunidades comerciais em andamento. Apresentar propostas comerciais de programas de acompanhamento e terapias após avaliação e indicação médica, conduzindo negociações e fechamento de contratos. Acompanhar o relacionamento com pacientes, organizando agendamentos, retornos e demandas administrativas relacionadas aos serviços contratados. Manter o CRM atualizado, acompanhar indicadores comerciais e organizar as próximas ações de cada oportunidade. Apoiar a organização da agenda e dos processos administrativos relacionados à operação comercial. Encaminhar ao médico todas as dúvidas e demandas de natureza clínica, sem realizar orientações clínicas por conta própria.

Requisitos técnicos

Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita, com domínio do português. Capacidade de conduzir atendimentos comerciais por WhatsApp e videochamada. Organização para acompanhar leads, registrar informações e manter rotina comercial estruturada. Facilidade para utilizar CRM e acompanhar indicadores comerciais. Disponibilidade para atuação presencial na clínica em Moema, São Paulo/SP, conforme agenda de atendimento e alinhamento contratual. Disponibilidade para início imediato.

Requisitos comportamentais

Iniciativa para conduzir conversas, fazer perguntas e identificar necessidades. Responsabilidade para cumprir combinados, manter disciplina e comunicar dificuldades com antecedência. Facilidade para aprender novos processos, estudar materiais, receber feedback e aplicar melhorias. Segurança para argumentar com respeito e conduzir conversas difíceis sem perder a cordialidade. Interesse genuíno por vendas, negociação, relacionamento com pessoas e crescimento por desempenho. Discernimento, ética e respeito à confidencialidade no relacionamento com pacientes.

Diferenciais

Experiência em atendimento ao público, relacionamento com clientes, negociação, atividades com metas, CRM ou mercado premium. Vivência com vendas consultivas ou serviços de alto valor. Perfil com autonomia, maturidade e boa capacidade de adaptação a processos.

Toda orientação clínica deve ser direcionada ao médico responsável.Informações adicionaisBenefícios e remuneração Remuneração fixa mensal de R$ 3.500,00. Comissão de R$ 500,00 por programa de acompanhamento fechado a partir de consulta originada pelo profissional. Comissões adicionais por consultas e terapias, conforme critérios contratuais. Bônus por atingimento de metas. Treinamento estruturado, roteiros comerciais, método próprio de vendas e acompanhamento técnico contínuo. Participação na construção e melhoria dos processos comerciais da clínica. Oportunidade de desenvolvimento em vendas consultivas de serviços médicos de alto valor.
