Venha você também criar caminhos além do imaginável. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConfira as principais atividades desta vaga:Realizar atendimento emergencial aos viajantes corporativos por telefone, e-mail e demais canais disponibilizados pela empresa;Efetuar reservas, remarcações, cancelamentos e reemissões de passagens aéreas nacionais e internacionais;Atuar na gestão de situações críticas relacionadas a viagens, buscando alternativas rápidas e eficazes para minimizar impactos aos clientes;Prestar suporte em reservas de hospedagem, locação de veículos e demais serviços de viagem;Utilizar sistemas GDS (Sabre, Amadeus ou equivalentes), portais de companhias aéreas e ferramentas corporativas para atendimento das demandas;Garantir o cumprimento das políticas de viagem dos clientes e dos acordos comerciais vigentes;Registrar corretamente todas as interações e ações realizadas durante os atendimentos;Trabalhar em parceria com equipes internas para assegurar a melhor experiência aos viajantes;Monitorar voos, alterações operacionais e possíveis impactos que demandem atuação proativa;Manter elevado padrão de qualidade, produtividade e foco na satisfação dos clientes.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesCurtiu?!
