Atuará como elo entre o cliente e a oficina, acompanhando a execução dos serviços, elaborando orçamentos, esclarecendo dúvidas e garantindo que os processos sejam realizados dentro dos padrões de qualidade da concessionária e da montadora. Também será responsável por manter o cliente informado sobre o andamento dos serviços, proporcionando uma experiência de atendimento transparente, eficiente e satisfatória, contribuindo para a fidelização e confiança dos clientes.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRecepcionar clientes para serviços de manutenção e reparo;Identificar as necessidades dos clientes e registrar as solicitações;Elaborar orçamentos e explicar os serviços recomendados;Acompanhar a execução dos serviços junto à oficina;Manter o cliente informado sobre o andamento dos reparos;Realizar a entrega técnica dos veículos após a conclusão dos serviços;Garantir o cumprimento dos padrões de qualidade da concessionária e da montadora;Acompanhar indicadores de satisfação do cliente;Registrar informações e processos nos sistemas internos da empresa.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo;Desejável curso técnico em Mecânica Automotiva, Eletromecânica ou áreas correlatas;Desejável ensino superior em andamento ou concluído em áreas afins;Experiência com atendimento ao cliente e rotinas de pós-venda automotivo;Conhecimento básico de mecânica automotiva;Conhecimento em informática e sistemas de gestão;Possuir CNH categoria A válida;Disponibilidade para treinamentos e atualização técnica;Boa comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal;Foco no cliente e qualidade no atendimento;Capacidade de negociação e resolução de problemas;Organização e gestão de prioridades;Proatividade e iniciativa;Trabalho em equipe.Informações adicionais· Assistência odontológica· Convênios e descontos comerciais· Seguro de vida· Vale-alimentação· Vale-transporte· Gympas/ Wellhub· Bem mais Benefícios· Seguro de vida em grupo·  Day Off (folga no aniversário)
