Buscamos uma pessoa para atuar como Consultor de Grandes Contas (Key Account), responsável pela gestão e desenvolvimento de clientes estratégicos. A pessoa candidata atuará no fortalecimento do relacionamento comercial, identificação de oportunidades de negócio, negociação e desenvolvimento das contas, contribuindo para o crescimento dos resultados e para a fidelização dos clientes.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGerenciar e desenvolver a carteira de grandes contas, fortalecendo o relacionamento e identificando novas oportunidades de negócio;Realizar visitas comerciais e consultivas aos clientes;Prospectar novos clientes e desenvolver oportunidades em contas estratégicas;Conduzir negociações e vendas consultivas, buscando o atingimento das metas comerciais;Acompanhar pedidos, entregas e demais demandas dos clientes junto às áreas internas;Realizar pós-venda e acompanhar a satisfação e fidelização dos clientes;Atuar na positivação da carteira e recuperação de clientes inativos;Oferecer consultoria sobre produtos e aplicações, garantindo soluções adequadas às necessidades de cada cliente;Participar de feiras, eventos comerciais e ações de fortalecimento da marca;Acompanhar o desempenho da carteira e desenvolver ações para crescimento das contasRequisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo;CNH categoria B ou AB;Experiência com vendas consultivas e gestão de carteira de clientes;Experiência com prospecção e desenvolvimento de novos negócios;Boa comunicação, negociação e relacionamento interpessoal;Disponibilidade para visitas e atuação externa;Conhecimento em informática e ferramentas de apoio comercial;Experiência com grandes contas será um diferencial;Conhecimento no segmento de pneus será um diferencial.Informações adicionais🎯 Comissão;🎄 Cesta de natal;🚌 Vale transporte; 🩺 Plano de saúde;🦷 Plano odontológico;🎓 Educação corporativa;🏋️ Wellhub (antigo Gympass);💳 Vale alimentação ou refeição;📈 Oportunidade de crescimento;⚡ Desconto na conta de energia;🏷️ Descontos nos produtos internos;🤝 Parcerias e convênios com condições especiais.
